Source, Inc. offers specialized professional engineering services that include a variety of disciplines.  These services include land planning, zoning, site development, surface water management, roadway design, environmental assessments, marine facilities, water distribution and treatment, wastewater collection/transmission and treatment, reuse and disposal facilities design.  Source, Inc. is experienced in all phases of this work from feasibility studies through construction services.

Source, Inc. has been providing these services since its founding in Cape Coral in 1977 and has served over 600 municipal and private sector clients throughout Southwest Florida.

In December 1981, Source, Inc. built and occupied their office building at 1334 Lafayette Street in Cape Coral.  These convenient facilities provide Source, Inc. with the ability to offer a wide variety of services in an efficient and professional manner.  Staff members are thoroughly trained and experienced in the site development, water and wastewater fields and use state-of-the-art design techniques, including digital computers for hydraulic and hydrogeologic analyses.

Having worked for many years on projects involving local, State, and Federal permitting agencies, Source, Inc. can pursue a project with certainty and efficiency to ensure timely completion.  The value of our experience with regulatory agencies can be absolutely critical in today's complex permitting environment.
