QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Mr. Hooper has over 20 years experience in the Civil Engineering field. He was employed as a draftsman by Gee and Jenson Engineering in Lehigh, Florida.. Among his duties he verified and drafted survey field notes to engineers design. He also spent time as a steel detailer for Florida Steel. He then left the engineering field to operate his own industrial gas business for 20 years in southwest Florida.

Mr. Hooper sold his business in 1993 and joined Source, Inc. in 1994 and has been a valuable team member with them ever since . Mr. Hooper has been involved in almost every aspect of the civil engineering business including hand drafting, AutoCad drafting, site design, utility layout, field inspections, and client liaison.

Mr. Hooper also is responsible for all phases of the permitting process with multiple agencies.

Mr. Hooper is currently working as a Project Manager and holds responsibility for projects from beginning to end of construction and turnover to municipalities with full interaction with clients. Mr. Hooper enjoys extensive experience in roadway design, stormwater, water main, wastewater treatment and water supply and planning and is experienced in all aspects of design, including the set-up of the plan sets for preliminary and final design.

Mr. Hooper’s specialties are the design and permitting management of small to medium sized residential and commercial land development projects within the City of Cape Coral, City of Fort Myers, Unincorporated Lee County, and the Town of Fort Myers Beach.

Andrews Medical Center: Design and preparation of commercial site development plans for submittal to local governmental agencies.
Gordon Food Services: Design and permitting of their first store built in Florida.
Freedom Subdivision: Design and preparation of single family site development plans for submittal to local governmental agencies.
Gulf Waters RV Community: Design and preparation of plans for a recreational vehicle community.
Dairy Queen Inc.: Design and preparation of plans fo their Fort Myers restaurant.
