After completion of his baccalaureate engineering education at Pennsylvania State University, Timothy Pugh joined Source, Inc. in 1983 as a design engineer. In this capacity, he has been involved in permitting and design of major land development projects in Southwest Florida. These projects include planned development rezoning cases, design of surface water management systems, water and sewer utility systems, local development order approvals, permitting through various regulatory agencies including Southwest Florida Water Management District, Florida Department of Transportation and Florida Department of Environmental Protection, as well as local municipalities.
Mr. Pugh is responsible for Source, Inc.'s computer-aided design and drafting facilities which include AutoCAD and other programs for cost analysis, water system network analysis, trip generation studies, coordinate geometry and structural analysis.
Mr. Pugh is experienced in all aspects of contract administration including preparation of contract specifications, quantity take-offs, bidding, construction observation and final project certifications. Mr. Pugh's keynote projects include:
Three Oaks Parkway Development Area: Design of numerous single-family subdivisions, street improvements, surface water management systems and utilities.
Alico Industrial Center: General site development including roads, drainage, and utilities.
Sweet Bay (fka Food Lion, Inc.): Design and permitting of South Ft. Myers store.
McGregor Oaks: Single-family subdivision, design, permitting and construction observation of infrastructure
Denny's, Inc.: Design and permitting of Daniel's Parkway, Ft. Myers restaurant.
Steak 'n Shake: Design and permitting of Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, restaurant.
DQ Grill & Chill: Design and permitting of south Fort Myers restaurant.
Crane Landing: Lee County zoning, design, permitting and surface water management system for 386-acre project.
McDonald's Corporation: Design and permitting of south Ft. Myers restaurant.
Twin Lakes Resort: Lee County zoning, design, permitting and surface water management system for 240-acre project.
The Island Beach Club on Estero Bay: Design, permitting, drainage, utilities for multifamily condominium project on Black Island.
Edison Beach House: Fort Myers Beach zoning, site development, permitting, drainage and utilities for hotel project on Fort Myers Beach.
